Quality Control

At ROS Research, we have a dedicated quality department to monitor calls and ensure adherence to quality guidelines. We also review our quality practices from time to time and weed out old practices to ensure more professionalism and accuracy of data.

Quality control processes

To monitor the quality of calls at our CATI facility, we monitor calls randomly and also crosscheck it through callbacks to the interviewees. We have strict compliance sheet to be followed to ensure excellent call quality and remove errors and ambiguity.

Similarly for online interviews, we capture IPs and take measures such as Time Stamp etc. We also check the entire process such as piping and branching etc. We make sure that the surveys are visually appealing and liked by the online respondents.
