Kevin Wood
Vice President - Kevin started his career in research 30 years ago as a call-center interviewer. Since that time, Kevin has held analytical and research leadership roles across some of the largest research firms including Harris Interactive, Nielsen and Ipsos. As a marketing scientist, Kevin has created consumer models for some of the world’s most influential companies. As a researcher, Kevin is a recognized expert in the fields of both media platform monetization as well as understanding how emotions and non-conscious biases driven consumer and B2B purchase decisions. He has worked extensively with technology, healthcare and CPG clients. As a market insights and strategy leader, Kevin brings an entrepreneurial passion to helping clients across all verticals grow their brands. Believing it is necessary to constantly challenge clients’ thinking about customers and prospects, Kevin leverages his understanding of how empathy and individual life experiences drive the way consumers view and engage with brands. As an accomplished storyteller, Kevin believes that a great narrative, rather than mountains of data, will always be more effective in helping his clients to drive growth.
Kevin holds degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Arizona. As an alum, he is a rabid Arizona Basketball fan, competitive weightlifter, and amateur chef.

Mark McElwain
Director Client Strategy - Mark started his market research journey in 2006 as a medical project manager with E-Rewards. After his accomplished start in that role, Mark has went on to hold research leadership roles at some of the most respected names in the research business including Nielsen, FocusVision (now Forsta) and SSI (now Dynata). During his career, Mark has worked with clients such as Disney, Netflix, Meta, Amazon and MGM Studios.
Mark’s career has had a strong focus on survey sample, including leading the sale organization at uSamp, building an ecosystem of providers for FocusVision clients, or building a panel for Web3 companies. Mark brings his enthusiasm of research to clients as well as an unique perspective based on his past roles and experience. Mark has worked extensively with entertainment, healthcare, technology and CPG brands.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. In his free time Mark enjoys learning about cars, traveling, and spending time at the beautiful beaches of Alabama.

Neha Chopra
Director - Operations - Prior to joining ROS Research, Neha worked as Operations Manager at Nielsen India. She was also involved with training of in-house staff and vendors, helping with program checking, partnering in the data collection process, sampling and team management. She also negotiated costs on multi-million dollar projects. She made an immense contribution in aligning and setting up CATI and online SOP’s at Nielsen. She has international expertise in Asia, Europe and Americas regions for both online and CATI methods.
She has major experience of working in industries like Banking and Finance, Telecom, Automobiles and Information & Technology. She has expertise of managing projects with large sample sizes which also includes executing 50,000 surveys for one of the banking giant.
She has done Masters in HR and Finance. She is a personality who believes in helping people who are in need and has strong faith in God. She loves driving and Chinese food.

Jamie Palumbo
Vice President - Prior to joining ROS Research, Jamie Palumbo worked as a senior field director with proven success at Lieberman Research Worldwide, one of the top 20 international market research companies in the world at Santa Monica, CA . He has a strong track record in proactively partnering with research teams to ensure projects are bid correctly and profitably, recruits are reliable and project support is provided throughout the course of the project. He has international expertise in Asian, European and Latin American markets with broad experience in field support for quantitative and qualitative projects including on-line and CATI collection
His key strengths include SPSS Dimension Software. He has a broad-based industry expertise including home entertainment, consumer, b2b, medical and government sectors. He possesses excellent bidding skills and he has strong field vendor relationships. He has been associated with Lieberman Research Worldwide, Los Angeles since 1997, when he joined it as a field supervisor. He was promoted to field director in 1998 and senior field director in 2005 and worked there till 2010. At Lieberman Research Worldwide, he was also involved with training of in-house staff and vendors, helping with questionnaire design and program checking, partnering in the data collection process and sampling and team management . He also negotiated costs on multi million dollar projects. He has done coursework in Statistics and Music at Santa Monica College and Fullerton College. A versatile personality, Jamie is also a rock singer, songwriter, guitarist and composer. He loves Italian Motorcycles and Grand Prix racing.

Senior Manager - Sales & Operations - Sumit is a Senior Research & Operations Professional with over 13 years of experience driving global research, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement across software, telecom, and market research domains. He combines deep expertise in online panel management, sample-only research execution, and end-to-end program delivery with a proven ability to design and implement scalable, revenue-aligned operational frameworks.
Throughout his career, Sumit has held senior leadership roles at Phronesis Partners and Toluna, where he led multi-market research programs, global panel networks, and cross-functional teams, consistently delivering transformative outcomes for complex, international operations. He is recognized for optimizing operational efficiency, driving process automation, and translating strategic objectives into measurable business impact.
Sumit holds an MBA in International Business and a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, combining technical acumen with strategic business leadership. He is known for building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning operational capabilities with organizational strategy to deliver sustainable growth. Outside of work, he is a former national basketball player, an avid reader, and a music enthusiast, reflecting his commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and creativity.
