Ashwani has deep experience in primary market research, consulting, and outsourcing for clients based in North America, Europe, and APAC. His career spans Telecom, IT, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, and more, and his global business network has been instrumental in helping clients identify and pursue business opportunities across
international markets. As Managing Director, Ashwani leads the overall direction of ROS Research and is the driving force behind the company’s commitment to research quality and client service.
Kevin has been working in market research for 30 years, with analytical and research leadership roles at Harris Interactive, Nielsen, and Ipsos. He is a marketing scientist recognized for his expertise in media platform monetization and for his deep understanding of how emotions and non-conscious biases drive consumer decision-making. Kevin brings that expertise to every engagement he leads at ROS Research.
Mark began his market research career in 2012 and has since held leadership roles at Nielsen, FocusVision (now Forsta), and SSI (now Dynata). His client experience includes work with Disney, Netflix, Meta, Amazon, and MGM Studios, with a particular focus on survey sample and entertainment research. At ROS Research, Mark leads client strategy, helping organizations translate their research needs into the right methodology and ensuring that every project delivers something worth acting on.
Jamie brings deep expertise from Lieberman Research Worldwide, one of the top 20 international market research companies. He has worked across Asian, European, and Latin American markets and has broad experience in field support for quantitative and qualitative projects including both online and CATI data collection. His international
perspective strengthens ROS Research’s ability to execute global studies with the nuance and local knowledge those markets require.
Before joining ROS Research, Neha served as Operations Manager at Nielsen India. She brings international expertise across Asia, Europe, and the Americas for both online and CATI methodologies, and has managed projects at significant scale, including executing 50,000 surveys for a major banking client. As Director of Operations, Neha oversees the end-to-end delivery of every project that goes through ROS Research, ensuring that the quality standards the company promises are the quality standards clients receive.
Sumit is a senior research and operations professional with more than 13 years of experience in global research, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement. He has held senior roles at Phronesis Partners and Toluna, where he led multi-market research programs and managed global panel networks. At ROS Research, Sumit bridges
the gap between sales and operations, ensuring that what is promised to clients is what gets delivered.
Ramon formally entered market research in Puerto Rico while completing his MBA. After relocating to Los Angeles, he has contributed across media, advertising, corporate, and supplier-side research, supporting major brands including Honda, Epson, Google, and Verizon. His experience across both client and supplier sides of the industry gives him a perspective on research quality that translates directly into better outcomes for the clients he works with at ROS Research.
