Our panel registration age minimum is 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. As a general guide, raw survey data is retained for 24 months, research reports are retained for 7 years, and panel membership data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 12 months.
If your personal information is no longer required for the purpose it was collected, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
We may retain your personal information for longer where necessary to comply with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation, such as reporting incentive payments on a yearly basis to federal or state regulatory authorities pursuant to legal requirements, or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes. Data retained for these purposes is destroyed or archived in accordance with legal requirements.
