ROS Research, short for Research of Substance, is a full-service global market research company headquartered in Santa Monica, California. We specialize in data collection, analysis, and strategic consulting for B2C Consumer, B2B, and Healthcare clients across every major industry vertical, from technology and finance to healthcare, media, and consumer goods.
We started in 2012 because we believed the market research industry had a quality problem it was not being honest about. Panels were being built fast and cheap. Data was being delivered without scrutiny. Clients were making consequential decisions on research they had no real reason to trust. We built ROS Research to be the answer to that problem.
Our clients include major research agencies and corporate organizations, among them firms recognized in the AMA Top 50 Gold Report. They come to us because they need research they can stand behind, and because they have learned that quality, speed, and value do not have to be a trade-off. At ROS Research, they are a standard.

The market research industry runs on panels. Most panels are built by sending mass email invitations and accepting whoever responds. Respondents are rarely verified beyond a digital confirmation. Profiling data goes stale. Quality checks are automated, minimal, and rarely disclosed to clients in any meaningful detail.
We do it differently at every stage.
Every panelist in our Take My Views panel is recruited through a targeted, invitation-only process across more than
20 B2B, B2C, technology, and specialty platforms. Every new panelist is interviewed by a member of our in-house team by phone within 24 hours of registering. Every panelist is profiled across more than 159 data points and re-profiled every six months. And before any survey goes to a client, it passes through eight active quality checks.
The Take My Views panel is not something we license or aggregate from third parties. It is a panel we have built, one verified respondent at a time, since 2012. Today it includes more than 1.6 million panelists across 25 countries.
But sample quality is only part of what we offer. We also run a full-service research practice with in-house CATI capabilities, expert survey programming, multilingual fielding, data processing, and strategic consulting. Clients can engage us for sample only, full service, or anything in between.
