Jamie Palumbo

Prior to joining ROS Research, Jamie Palumbo worked as a senior field director with proven success at Lieberman Research Worldwide, one of the top 20 international market research companies in the world at Santa Monica, CA . He has a strong track record in proactively partnering with research teams to ensure projects are bid correctly and profitably, recruits are reliable and project support is provided throughout the course of the project. He has international expertise in Asian, European and Latin American markets with broad experience in field support for quantitative and qualitative projects including on-line and CATI collection
His key strengths include SPSS Dimension Software. He has a broad-based industry expertise including home entertainment, consumer, b2b, medical and government sectors. He possesses excellent bidding skills and he has strong field vendor relationships.He has been associated with Lieberman Research Worldwide, Los Angeles since 1997, when he joined it as a field supervisor. He was promoted to field director in 1998 and senior field director in 2005 and worked there till 2010. At Lieberman Research Worldwide, he was also involved with training of in-house staff and vendors, helping with questionnaire design and program checking, partnering in the data collection process and sampling and team management . He also negotiated costs on multi million dollar projects.He has done coursework in Statistics and Music at Santa Monica College and Fullerton College. A versatile personality, Jamie is also a rock singer, songwriter, guitarist and composer. He loves Italian Motorcycles and Grand Prix racing.
Marcus Turner
(Vice President)
Prior to joining ROS Research, Marcus Turner worked at various call centres sales teams with proven success including Research Data Design, one of INC 500 fastest growing company's 2 years in a row. He has served as Director at Large with the MRA and Puget sound Research Forum in Seattle. He has a strong track record in connecting with research teams to ensure projects are bid correctly and profitably, recruits are reliable and project support is provided throughout the course of the project. He has broad experience in field support for quantitative and qualitative projects including on-line and CATI data collection.
He has a wide-range industry expertise including home entertainment, consumer, b2b, medical, public affairs, public opinion and government sectors. He possesses first-rate bidding skills and he has strong field vendor relationships. Marcus feels it is important to give back to the community in charitable works. He has been a “Big-Brother,” helped with “Meals on Wheels” Thanksgiving weekend and paddled in the “Dawn to Dusk” event for several years for the Children's Cancer Association in Portland. He has done coursework in Broadcast Journalism and Economics at Portland State. In his free time he competitively paddles dragon boats and outrigger canoes. He competed in the Pacific Challenge a 26 mile race around Mercer Island in Seattle. He is a 5 time champion of the Rose Festival Dragon boat races held in Portland every year. He loves customizing and riding motorcycles. He earned his Eagle Scout award at 14.
