RESEARCH EXCELLENCE

Proprietary TMV Panel

Built the Right Way. Since 2012.

The Take My Views panel is wholly owned, built, and managed by ROS Research. It is not an aggregated network. It is not a licensed database. It is a panel we have built ourselves, one verified respondent at a time, since the company was founded. We have a direct relationship with every one of our 1.6 million panelists. The panel is used exclusively for market research and never for advertising, targeting, or any commercial purpose outside of research.

How We Build the Panel
Invitation

We do not send mass email invitations and accept whoever responds. Every panelist in Take My Views is recruited through targeted intercepts and partnerships across more than 20 B2B, B2C, technology, and specialty platforms. These include physician databases, consumer registries, automotive registrations, voter files, real estate platforms, and online retailers. Recruitment sources are chosen to ensure that panelists have demonstrated active interest in a topic or category before they are ever approached.

Double Opt-In with IP Matching

Every new registrant must verify their mobile number via SMS and confirm their email address through a double opt-in confirmation link. The email IP address must match the phone country and area code. This step blocks fraudulent or misrepresented registrations before they ever enter the panel.

Live Phone Interview Within 24 Hours

Within 24 hours of registration, every new panelist is interviewed by telephone by a member of our in-house CATI team. This call confirms native language ability, validates the identity and contact details provided at registration, and assesses genuine research participation intent. It is not a robocall. It is not an automated system. It is a real conversation with a trained interviewer, conducted at scale, across every geography we operate in. No other panel provider does this consistently. We do it for every single panelist.

Quality Screening Survey

Before a new panelist receives any client survey invitation, they complete an internal quality assessment survey designed to identify fraudulent, inconsistent, or low-quality response behavior. This is the third verification gate, and another standard most panels simply do not have.

Profiling

Every accepted panelist completes an extensive profiling survey at enrollment and is re-profiled every six months across more than 159 data points. This is not a static snapshot. It is a living profile that reflects who the panelist is today.

Sub-Panel Invitation

Based on profiling results, panelists are invited to join specialty sub-panels aligned with their specific interests, professional roles, or demographics. This is how we maintain engaged, relevant audiences for niche or hard-to-reach research targets.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT OUR PANELISTS
Basic Demographics (available for approximately 85% of panelists)

Age, gender, country, zip code, household income, ethnicity, education level, marital status, number of children, primary language, home ownership, employment status, job title, company size, and company industry.

Extended Profiling (refreshed every six months, available for approximately 73% of panelists)
  • Financial behavior including credit card ownership, investing habits, and net worth indicators
  • Health and wellness data including medical conditions, BMI, diet, stress levels, and cholesterol management
  • Lifestyle and interests including cooking, sports, politics, and family planning
  • Shopping behavior including online versus traditional retail habits, payment methods, and purchase categories
  • Automotive ownership, leasing status, and future purchase intent
  • Travel preferences including destinations, frequency, airline preferences, and hotel usage

All profiling data can be appended to respondent-level data files on request. Clients do not need to re-ask questions we have already answered.

EIGHT QUALITY CHECKS ON EVERY SURVEY

Quality does not begin and end with how panelists are recruited. It runs through every stage of every survey. ROS Research employs eight active in-survey quality detection processes on every study we field.

Check 1: Duplicate Account Detection Cross-checking email addresses, panel IDs, and respondent profile data to identify and block duplicate or fraudulent accounts before a response is recorded.
Check 2: IP Address and Geo-Location Verification Validation of respondent location data, including VPN and proxy detection. Respondents connecting from outside the target geography are flagged or blocked at entry.
Check 3: Device Fingerprinting Prevention of multiple survey entries or completions originating from the same device, whether by the same account or different ones.
Check 4: Completion Time Analysis Identification of speeders, rushed submissions, and abnormal response timing patterns. Responses completed significantly below the expected length of interview are automatically flagged.
Check 5: Demographic Consistency and Logic Validation Cross-referencing survey responses against registered profile information to identify inconsistencies, contradictions, or false data.
Check 6: Attention and Trap Question Screening Embedded quality checks with a single correct answer, designed to identify inattentive, random, or dishonest respondents.
Check 7: Professional Survey-Taker Monitoring Detection of low-quality behavioral patterns including straight-lining, patterned responses, and excessive survey frequency across the panel.
Check 8: Blacklist and Fraud Database Screening Continuous screening against internal fraud databases to permanently block known bad actors from all future surveys.
SPECIALTY AND HARD-TO-REACH PANELS
The Audiences Most Panels Cannot Reach

Beyond our general consumer panel, ROS Research maintains a range of verified specialty sub-panels built through verified-interest recruitment, not self-declaration. Each specialty panel is built from panelists who have demonstrated genuine engagement with a topic or professional category, and each is updated through biannual engagement studies to refresh profiling data and validate respondent activity.

Healthcare Professionals

Physicians, specialists, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. All HCP panelists are validated against professional databases and industry listings on an ongoing basis. Specialty, practice area, and license status are reconfirmed for every study.

B2B Decision Makers

CEOs, CTOs, EVPs, SVPs, Directors, Managers, and Technicians across technology, finance, operations, HR, engineering, and corporate strategy. All B2B panelists are phone-verified at registration and re-verified every six months.

Gamers

Active gamers profiled by platform preference, average weekly hours, and market. Our Q4 2025 Gamers Engagement Report found that 72% of our gamer sub-panel responded to a biannual profiling study across 15 countries, with average engagement of six to eight hours per week depending on market.

Additional specialty audiences include New Mothers, Automotive Intenders, Healthcare Consumers, and other niche consumer and professional segments.

SURVEY FREQUENCY CONTROLS

To protect data quality and prevent professional survey-taker behavior, invitation frequency is enforced systemically through our panel management platform.

  • Consumer panelists receive a maximum of three survey invitations per week and may participate in only one open survey at a time.
  • Healthcare panelists receive a maximum of three invitations per month. Panelists who have completed a survey in the preceding 30 days do not receive further invitations unless the client explicitly permits this.
  • These limits are built into the platform. They are not a policy that can be overridden.
HOW WE MANAGE PROJECTS
From Bid to Delivery. One Person Owns It.

ROS Research operates on a fully managed service model. Every project is handled end-to-end by a dedicated project team. Clients have a single point of contact from bid through delivery.

At the feasibility stage, our sampling team conducts a full assessment against the project specifications and builds a sampling plan with quota targets calibrated to the target population. At soft launch, approximately 10% of the target sample is deployed for client review. A minimum of 24 hours is provided for client sign-off before full launch. During field, quota fill rates, incidence, and completion times are tracked in real time. Any deviation from targets is flagged to the client within 24 hours.

On every telephone project, ROS Research commits to sharing at least 10% of CATI recordings with clients. This is not standard practice in the industry. We do it because clients have a right to hear how their research is being conducted, and because transparency at the execution level is part of what it means to deliver research of substance.
